24VDC electrodeless adjustable-speed driven mini-motorized pulley is researched and made for

the request of industry today “much lower carbon, much more beneficial for energy saving &pro-environment, much more green, much more intelligent”. It used advanced and efficient ndfeb permanent magnet synchronous motor as its power source, overcame the disadvantages (such as inefficiency, low power, narrow range of speed, high temperature rise, etc) of conventional three or single-phase AC motorized pulley. The motor greatly increased the flexibility of the conveyor design and the linking function of electronic control with outside. These cause a new break of minor diameter motorized pulleys.

1. Built-in efficient ndfeb permanent magnet synchronous motor

Efficient ndfeb permanent magnet synchronous motor has a higher exchange efficiency than conventional AC motor. Under the same load condition, it can save 32% electric energy than conventional AC motor; under no load condition, It can save electric energy up to 47%. Due to adopted efficient ndfeb permanent magnet, the pulley get much higher torque, at the same time, the temperature rise is lower. Under the constant torque condition, the range of adjustable-speed is up to 80%.

2. Safe working voltage

Built-in electromotor adopted a 24VDC safe working voltage. No danger of electric shock. The operator is working in a safe voltage. Due to low voltage, the motor’s reliability is enhanced.

3. 24VDC electrodeless adjustable-speed driven smart drive

The drive provides panel button control, switch signal control and 0-10V analogue signal control, all three ways. The drive can be directly connected to a computer, bar code readers, infrared detection and other advanced control and delivery occasion. Optical digital tube can display  motor speed intuitively. Knob or 0-10V analog signals can be stepless speed to the desired speed.
